Each individual person is permitted to hold only one JLJ2 account. If JLJ2 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person — identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, personal details, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including any winnings, may be forfeited at JLJ2's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your JLJ2 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, nor allow any other person to access your account. JLJ2 will treat any activity conducted under your account credentials as having been authorised by you.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify JLJ2 support immediately at support@jlj2.best. JLJ2 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account while the matter is reviewed.
You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date. Name changes, new contact numbers, or address changes should be reported promptly through the account settings section or by contacting JLJ2 support. Outdated account information can delay withdrawal processing.
Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login or transaction activity for 180 consecutive days are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ₱50 may be deducted from dormant account balances. No fee will be deducted if the account balance reaches zero.
All JLJ2 transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. JLJ2 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards are also accepted. JLJ2 may add or remove payment options at any time and will notify members of significant changes.
All funds deposited into your JLJ2 account must come from a payment method that belongs to you. JLJ2 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account that does not belong to the registered member, the deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to the original payment source.
JLJ2 processes all withdrawal requests in Philippine Pesos. Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method that matches the name on your JLJ2 account. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.
Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
Withdrawal processing times vary by tier and method:

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or slot session, JLJ2 will attempt to replay the affected round using the original game state. If this is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings from incomplete rounds cannot be claimed.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JLJ2 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any JLJ2 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of JLJ2 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.
JLJ2 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, JLJ2 does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical delays. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
